Our services

With electric cars becoming increasingly more prevalent, more and more people are seeking the convenience and speed of charging cars in the home. As part of its Electric Vehicle Homecharge scheme, the Office for Low Emissions (OLEV) will provide £350 towards the cost of an electric charge point in the home. We offer a comprehensive range of solutions with a number of designs and charging speeds.

The government’s Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) grant offers £350 per socket for up to maximum of 20 sockets across all sites for each application. As an OLEV authorised installer, Plug+Charge can provide expert and impartial advice in selecting the best charging solution for your office. We can install, commission and service your charging points. Not only that, we will guide you through the application for the grant.

Increasingly we are finding that car charging points form part of new residential and commercial developments as local authorities mandate adoption as part of planning consent. Plug+Charge has completed many high profile residential and commercial developments recently which incorporate the latest car charging technologies.

The government has announced an extra £2.5m of funding for on street charging points as acceleration of charging infrastructure increasingly becomes a political priority. Plug+Charge has extensive experience of car charging sites in local authority buildings, such as hospitals and council administrative buildings, as well as road side charging points.

What our customers say

I always approach any “repair issues” with anxiety and dread, but this feeling was not necessary. Rosh helpfully texted when he was on his way, was really excellent, knowledgeable, knew what he was doing, quick and friendly and thorough, obviously an expert in his field. We can’t recommend him enough – excellent chap!
